From PRD to merged code: how a Factory build works

A Factory build starts from a PRD and ends with merged, reviewed code:

  1. Decompose — the PRD is split into tasks with explicit file ownership, so parallel agents never edit the same files.
  2. Implement — each task runs on its own branch, on the model and provider you pick for its difficulty.
  3. Review — three independent reviews per task; a rejection sends it back with the reasons.
  4. Consolidate — a final pass checks the lanes against each other, because per-task reviewers can't see cross-lane drift.

TynHub itself is built this way. Ask anything about the process here.
